Touch Therapy & Reflexology
According to Cancer Research Uk …
Reflexology is one of the most popular types of complementary therapy in the UK among people with cancer. There is some evidence that reflexology can help you:
• Relax and cope with stress and anxiety
• Relieve pain and muscle tension
• Lift your mood and give a feeling of well being
• Improve circulation
• Improve sleep
• Reduce fatigue
Rosali Bliss treatment room is designed to allow you time to relax, let go and be who you need to be. This is your time, your space, no one else. We aim to facilitate stillness and calmness and to provide a safe place for balance, reducing stress and anxiety. You can come alone or with a friend or family member, maybe you want to have sessions to coincide with chemotherapy sessions. You may feel you want to talk about how you’re feeling, your situation or your experiences. You may want to get extra support for homecare reflexology, in which you can gain some control over your own complementary therapy care, or you may want to not talk at all and just be. Wherever you are on your journey, we provide a full consultation with every new client and a bespoke treatment plan. The treatments are adapted to your situation with a gentle touch approach to reflexology.

Living with a chronic illness such as cancer, impacts our physical and mental wellbeing and health. You may have been recently diagnosed, going though active chemotherapy or radiotherapy or have been post cancer free for 5 years.
Regardless of where you are on your cancer journey, our approach to listen, hold and support your individual situation, allows for adaptability and flexibility in treating you as a whole person, rather than the cancer.
Cancer often is a time in which as the patient, you are holding all the many facets of your situation in a short space of time. Trying to be strong for loved ones, family, friends and yourself, whilst coming to terms with your situation or feeling guilty or angry without knowing why. Whilst conventional medicine and interventions hold such an important place in your recovery, new research into the benefits of integrative medicine, are pointing people to complementary therapies such as touch therapy and reflexology.
