Cancellation Policy 2023/ 2024

Each client’s appointment is very important to us. We take great care to ensure scheduling is handled efficiently so that our clients receive the level of service and professionalism that they deserve when they book with us.

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes situations come up that require you to change your plans. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This helps us protect the time of our therapists and our clients.

 

Cancellations and rescheduled appointments without 48 hour’s notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price minus the booking fee. The booking fee will not be refunded or transferable.

 

Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be charged 100% of the service price minus the booking fee and the booking fee will not be refunded or transferable. This charge of 100% of the service price will need to be paid before any further bookings can take place.

 

Appointments booked within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled no later than 4 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time without incurring a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price minus the booking fee paid. The booking fee will not be refunded or transferable.

 

We understand that you have a busy schedule, and allow a grace period of 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment to accommodate your service(s). If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment start time, your appointment will be considered a “no-show” and you will be charged 50% of the service total minus the booking fee paid.

Both cancellation fee’s and booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be put toward any future services. All fees must be paid in full before any further bookings can take place.

• If an appointment is cancelled with 48 hours or more notice, a one-time reschedule slot will be offered to you and the booking fee will be carried over for this appointment. If after the one time rebooking of a new appointment is made and cancellation occurs again, even with giving 48 hours notice the booking fee from your original booking will be non-refunded and used to cover your cancelled appointment. A new booking fee will be required for any further  bookings.

Deposits

• Rosali Therapies requires an upfront non-refundable booking fee of £10 - £15 depending on the therapy.

• This booking fee will be deducted from the final amount owing from your attended appointment and is non-refundable.

Agreement

By booking an appointment with Rosali Therapies, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our booking, cancellation, and deposit policy and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated above.
