What happens during a reflexology treatment?

When you arrive at our retreat for your reflexology treatment, you will sit down and have a initial consultation including filling in a form. You will then remove your foot wear and any socks and we will check your feet and place tm into a relaxing foot soak. We then dry your feet and you sit in a semi reclined position with your legs outstretched on our warm, relaxing and cosy treatment bed. You do not have to get undressed. The reflexology treatment is then given to your feet and lower legs and often you can drift off to sleep.  Please do not worry about falling a sleep.

What is the cancellation policy?

It is required of you the client to give 48 hours’ notice in the event of cancelling or to re arrange your appointment. Failure to give this notice will result in 50% of the service cancellation fee.

If in the event of a no show, you do not arrive for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your treatment cost as a cancellation fee and unfortunately, we will be unable to offer you any future appointments without pre-payment. Can I reschedule my appointment?

Appoints can be rescheduled up until 48 hours before your appointment. Please see our cancellation policy in the contact page for more details.

What if I am running late?

If you are running late please message me as soon as you can. 

Unfortunately, any client who arrives more than 20 minutes late for an appointment will be treated as a no show and appointment cancellation without notice. Please be aware that arriving late causes all further appointments that day to be impacted and loss of time for client and therapist.

I have anxiety and can panic is that ok?

I understand the fear and upset anxiety and panic can bring and Rosali Bliss is a inclusive calm and relaxing environment. I am extremely understanding and have experience first hand of the difficulty it can bring. Please rest assured I will not judge anyone and it is a safe environment.

Can I bring a friend or relative?​

I am always happy for anyone who would like to be a friend or relative to appointments.

I have children or a baby can I bring them?

Yes of course! We want to support you as best we can.

Are dogs welcome? 

Due to limited space, small dogs are welcome if well behaved and service dogs are welcome.

Do you have paring facilities?

Yes we have a private driveway for vehicles and also street parking is available as long as neighbours driveways are kept clear.

​

Do you accept card payments/ or cash?

We accept both card payments and cash.
